Welcome to Slower Deeper Wiser!

Journeying one-on-one with people to see them flourish in their lives and ministries is a deep joy for me.

I create spaces that are safe, creative, and reflective—spaces that invite self-awareness, transformation, and integration towards wholeness in Christ.

​

I've been working with people since 1994 as a Registered Nurse, caring for those from all walks of life, often in times of crisis. Nursing developed my natural leadership gifts, which I used in various health management roles, culminating in my position as Director of Nursing.

​

After earning a Bachelor of Theology in 2007, I was invited into pastoral ministry with New Life Presbyterian Church in Canberra. There, I integrated the people and leadership skills that nursing had honed in me, now in service of the Lord. I loved mentoring, discipling, teaching, organizing, praying, caring, and leading the Church family in many different ways.

In 2015, I moved to Sydney, married, and changed ministries. NSW/ACT Baptists invited me to serve as their Manager of Ministry Standards. This role gave me a front-row seat to a heartbreaking reality: people in ministry burning out, failing, and losing their passion and vitality. Seeing this gave me a vision to minister to people in ministry at the front-end, through professional supervision, and mentoring.

Because supervision and mentoring have been so valuable in my own life, I started Slower Deeper Wiser in 2017.

I desire to see Christians and Christian workers grow slower, deeper, and wiser in their walk with Jesus and in their ministries—to persevere and flourish in knowing, loving, and serving Him all their days.
