Journeying one-on-one with people to see them flourish in their lives and ministries is a deep joy for me.

​

Slower Deeper Wiser brings together all my training and experience to create spaces that are safe, creative, and reflective; that invites self-awareness, transformation, and integration towards wholeness in Christ.

​

I’ve been working with people since 1994 as a Registered Nurse. Nursing has allowed me to work with people from all walks of life and in times of crisis. It also allowed me to develop my natural leadership gifts, used in a variety of health management roles, culminating in my position as a Director of Nursing.

​

After earning a Bachelor of Theology in 2008, I was invited into pastoral ministry with New Life Presbyterian Church (Canberra), where I found myself integrating the people and leadership skills that nursing honed in me, in service of the Lord. I loved serving the Church family in areas such as mentoring, discipling, teaching, organising, praying, caring, and leading in many different ways.

In 2015, I moved to Sydney, married, and changed ministries. The NSW/ACT Baptists invited me to serve as their Manager of Ministry Standards, calling into service my nursing leadership and ministry experience. It also gave me a front-row seat where I saw people in ministry burning out, failing, and losing their passion and vitality for life and ministry. Seeing this gave me a vision and passion to minister the people in ministry at the front-end, by providing professional pastoral supervision, mentoring and spiritual formation coaching.

My passion for helping Christians grow in their knowing, loving, and following Jesus through mentoring and spiritual formation coaching is not confined to Christian leaders. It is my purpose to see all Christians growing slower, deeper, and wiser in their walk with Jesus.

​

Supervision and mentoring have, and continue to be, so valuable for me, which is why I started Slower Deeper Wiser in 2017. 

​

I am committed to making a difference in the lives and ministries of Christians and Christian leaders in whatever ministry capacity they are in, through God’s grace.
