Cancellation Policy
At Slower Deeper Wiser we understand that life happens. It happens to us too. From time to time either of us may get sick, need to attend a funeral, or have an emergency. If a session needs to be rescheduled this can be done by either party as soon as is practicable via the Wix link that was provided to you or email or SMS. Should you need to cancel, it’s requested that you do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Lynette will seek to do the same. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or not turning up for a session, other than for illness, may attract a cancellation fee. Should you be more than ten minutes late for a session, the original finishing time will remain. Should Lynette be late, she will re-negotiate the finishing time with you or reduce your fee.
